The Beginner Program is designed for athletes who are new to Olympic Weightlifting and want a clear, structured starting point. Whether you're coming from CrossFit, general strength training, or have never touched a barbell before, this program will help you build confidence, learn proper technique, and develop the foundation needed for long-term success in the sport.

With 4-day and 5-day training options, it's built for athletes who want expert guidance while training alongside a team working toward similar goals.

No. We do not require any contracts. We want you to love working with us, and also want to work with people who value what we offer! All we ask is you give us a 15-day notice to alter your membership.
