Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation & Membership Freeze Policy applies to all memberships and programs at Fourteen Forty Collective. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Membership Cancellation
All membership cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, fourteenfortyco@gmail.com.
A minimum of 15 days’ notice is required prior to your next billing date.
Memberships remain active and billable during the notice period.
No refunds or prorated charges will be issued for unused time, missed classes, or early termination.
Billing After a Cancellation Request
If a cancellation request is submitted less than 15 days before the next billing cycle, one final payment may be processed.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that confirmation of the cancellation request has been received from Fourteen Forty Collective.
Membership Freezes
Membership freezes may be requested for qualifying circumstances, including but not limited to injury, medical reasons, military duty, or other significant life events.
All freeze requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.
Approved freezes will pause billing for the agreed-upon duration and will automatically resume once the freeze period ends.
Nonpayment
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspended access to the facility and services.
Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before membership access is restored.
Policy Updates
Fourteen Forty Collective reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the current Cancellation & Membership Freeze Policy.
